Christmas Yard Decorations – What to Buy!

When I was younger my family use to drive down a street called Christmas Tree Lane to see the Christmas yard decorations. These were houses that could afford to really go all out with their decorations. Christmas yard decorations can be afforded by most everyone this day and age.

In out neighborhood the Christmas yard decorations increase each year as new things come out. When the lighted deer came out my wife really like them. So we now have white lighted deer for our Christmas yard decorations with some old stand byes also.

Lets don't forget the white lighted Christmas tree and angels for your Christmas yard decorations. Along with the deer it makes the yard look festive and well lighted.

I don't see many of the lights with the different colors in years past now. Most are the white led lights that burn brighter and safer because they don't put out as much heat as the big bulbs that were used in the past. This makes your Christmas yard decorations safer for children that like to touch them.

When decorating your yard don't forget that the weather is not very good at that time of year. Your Christmas yard decorations should be protected from the weather where they plug into electrical power. You don't want the electrical outlets to get wet in the rain and cause an injury. Be safe at this time of year.

Now would be a good time to get all those Christmas yard decorations out of storage and check their condition. When its time to put them up you don't want them not working. Its best to check them now before that time comes.
